Welcome to Carolinas Specialty Hospital's Web site. Carolinas Specialty Hospital (CSH) was established in January of 2003 as a 40-bed non-profit Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC). The hospital is located on the 7th floor inside Mercy Hospital on Vail Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina. The goal of our Web site is to give you as much information as possible about what a Long Term Acute Care Hospital is and the type of patients we serve.
